Commitment
We want people with diverse abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating to use this website and obtain the same core product and support information.
Measures
We use semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus behavior, descriptive labels, alternative text, responsive layouts, sufficient target sizes, and text that can reflow and zoom.
Standards
Our ongoing goal is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, while recognizing that accessibility requires continued testing, maintenance, and user feedback.
Testing
We review representative pages with automated checks, keyboard navigation, multiple viewport sizes, zoom, and browser developer tools. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier.
Known limitations
Third-party payment, delivery, video, or embedded tools may not be fully controlled by us. Product photography may communicate visual detail that we work to describe in adjacent text and alternative text.
Shopping support
If a product detail, size chart, checkout step, or policy is difficult to access, contact us. We can provide information in another reasonable format and assist with an order without imposing an accessibility surcharge.
Feedback
Send the page address, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a short description of the barrier to [email protected] or use our contact form.
Response
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within two studio days and provide a substantive response or workaround as promptly as the issue permits.
Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers or disabled core browser features may reduce functionality.
Continuous improvement
New content and features are reviewed against our design and accessibility practices. We prioritize fixes by user impact, frequency, and whether a core task is blocked.
Date and contact
This statement is reviewed periodically. Contact [email protected] for questions, feedback, or an accessible alternative.
