Refund policy

Since each item is made to order, all sales are final. If an item is misprinted/damaged/defective, we will work with you to correct it. 

Due to the nature of our return policy, we strongly encourage all customers to look closely at sizing and measurement descriptions for all products, as well as all product photos to have an accurate understanding of the product(s). Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding a product.

Damaged Product(s) - Please contact us at barksbonesandbetches[@]gmail.com before returning any products. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist by working with our third-party fulfillment facility to make it right! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Lost Order(s) - Contact your local post office. Occasionally, our third-party fulfillment facility sees that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there. Once your post office confirms they do not have the package, we will notify our third-party fulfillment facility for further investigation. If they determine they have made an error, they will provide a free replacement. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Barks, Bones & Betches is not responsible for lost orders. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third-party fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Non-returnable items - Please note that our policy does not cover buyer's remorse and we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. This includes not liking an item in person or changing your mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore our third-party fulfillment facility reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
